1) While placing an order, please mention the following points clearly.

2) You are requested to place the orders directly to the company's Order Desk, preferably by email. Place the orders by telephone only in case of urgency.
3) Company's risk and responsibility ceases ex-godown.
4) Prices are subject to change without any prior notice.
5) Packing/Postage/Freight charges will be borne by the customer.
6) Payment should be made to an authorised representative of the company and only by Account Payee cheque or Demand Draft drawn in favour of "NewGen Books Pvt. Ltd.".
7) Return should be done till 15thof August in the same financial year.
8) Stamped, bound and defective books will not be entertained for sales return.
9) Return should not exceed 20% of the total supply in any case. If it happens, 5% helding charge will be borne by the party.
10) No claim for damage and shortage will be entertained unless the same is lodged in writing within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
11) Return should be booked to the Delhi UP Border (Gyani Border) only.
12) All claims and disputes are subject to Ghaziabad Jurisdiction only.
